Our Outside Sales Professionals are the friendly face of our organization and integral to our success. They partner with our homeowners to diagnose issues and estimate repairs for our basement waterproofing, foundation solutions, and mitigation services. As a member of the Pure Service Pro, you will receive qualified, high-quality leads and appointments with a proven sales training methodology.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet and exceed company sales goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• Preferred experience in sales, particularly in home improvement but not required
• Experience with common (CRM) customer relationship management software and platforms
• Great work ethic, Self-disciplined & Excellent verbal skills
• Must be available for extended hours: the ability to work days, evenings, and Saturday appointments
• Must pass a mandatory background check
